Coming Home: Memorial Playing

This is the fifth of a series of exhibitions of the same name presenting the work of artists who were exhibited at Komaneka Art Fine Gallery when they were up-and-coming artists. Komaneka was a sort of birthplace in which they were presented to the wider world. Afterwards they were free to develop themselves and venture into the world, becoming successful artists in their own right.

This exhibition celebrates the recent work of Balinese artist – Made Mangku Mahendra. It symbolizes a journey back to his roots, back to the place where he was born as an artist – bringing his new art to a place he called home.
